Feeding the Soul of the City - 2012

“Feeding the Soul of the City," is Matt Talbot’s annual spring fundraiser that supports our general operational expenses 365 days of the year.

Lied Center for Performing Arts

The March 8, 2012, event will be on a Thursday evening, and it will return to the Lied Center for Performing Arts Main Stage, 301 N. 12th St.

This event has become a community favorite with special performances guaranteed to feed the soul and the presentation of the agency's “Compassion in Action Award” and “The Collaboration Compassion in Action Award”. Social time and a silent auction will begin at 6 p.m. The dinner and program will start at 7 p.m.

Feeding the Soul of the City is Matt Talbot's annual spring dinner and fundraiser. It is the event of the season, typically held in March.

Each year we honor an individual and a collaboration that has provided exceptional leadership and compassionate service to the patrons of Matt Talbot Kitchen & Outreach. It is also an evening of inspiration and celebration.

This year's event is on Sunday, March 13, 2011. Reservations may be made by contacting Matt Talbot Kitchen & Outreach at 402-477-4116. The cost for the dinner and program is $60. Credit Cards are accepted.
