Basic Needs
Matt Talbot Kitchen & Outreach provides Basic Needs Packets to our working poor & homeless guests. Your Volunteer Group can assist MTKO in this endeavor by providing Outreach Packets, which consist of Ziploc baggies containing any of the following: disposable razors, trial sized shampoos and conditioners, several band-aids, a comb, soap, laundry soap, tooth paste, tooth brushes, nail clippers, socks or gloves. MTKO Staff hands out these packets as needed, so any number of donated packets are accepted and appreciated!
Emergency Needs Fund
Monetary donations can also be allocated for the emergency needs of our working poor guests. At this time, monetary donations are making it possible for Matt Talbot to distibute gas vouchers on the first day of the month.
