The SOAR (Supplemental Security Income/Social Security Disability Insurance Outreach, Access and Recovery) Program is a new program in collaboration with CenterPointe, that implements a strategy to increase access to SSI and SSDI for individuals with a significant mental illness, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness through planning, training and technical assistance.
